What This Website Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail records, court records, booking photos, warrant data, or custody files. It cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, post bond, file a court paper, or speak for a public office.

Public records in Michigan may be available from public bodies under Michigan FOIA, MCL 15.231 et seq., but requests must go to the public body that holds the record. This site can point to resources and third-party tools, but it does not process FOIA requests for Washtenaw County.

Rules for Use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other screening decisions.
